Angolemi (Turkish: Taşpınar) is a village in Northern Cyprus.
The town has traditional adobe houses though it has experienced a population decline since 1996 due to migration to Nicosia.
There is no direct crossing to the village from the south side of the island. The nearest checkpoint is near Zodeia, which is only a few miles away from the village.
Bat around in the streets of the village. You will see the traditional Cypriot village houses which are built from adobe.
There is no shops in the village. But perhaps, you can find a countryman which sells hellim.
Eat the local hellim cheese.
Drink the water of the village. The creek usually does not usually have running water, but you can drink water from the taps anywhere. Actually, the water of the village is used everywhere in Northern Cyprus.
