Glen is a small village in New Hampshire’s White Mountains. While often overshadowed by larger towns like North Conway, Glen does contain plenty of lodging and is in between North Conway, Jackson and Bartlett, which all contain well-known ski resorts and other amenities.

Story Land is open right at the beginning of the Memorial Day weekend and it is the most well-known seasonal amusement park in the area. They have a vast amount of rides, attractions and characters to visit. However, it is more oriented towards younger children. Although the price may seem steep, it is well worth looking into. Ages under three are free and anyone over three years old is required to pay a $28.99 entrance fee
