It is easy to get ripped off by taxi drivers who charge 10,000-15,000 per person, which is ~3-4 times the normal fee. So try to avoid these taxis and avoiding visiting at peak times for traffic, especially weekends. This has been an issue for many years, but the city government has done nothing effective to improve the situation.
