The Kankakee River State Park (The KRSP) is a state park located near Bourbonnais, Illinois.
The defining feature, as the name implies, is the Kankakee River.
Langham Island is home to some of the last specimens of Illiamna remota plants.
Kankakee River State Park is on routes 102 and 113.

There are bike paths located throughout the park. Most of the park's locations have an entrance by road from Route 102. There are also a number of dirt paths.

Alcohol is not allowed in the park. There is a concession stand that sells snacks and soft drinks.
There is a Davis Creek Campground on the County Rd N 224 W in Bourbonnais. Inside the park there are two campgrounds
Swimming in the Kankakee River is prohibited and extremely dangerous. There have been numerous reports of drowning, and help often arrives too late to save drowning victims.
