• Marusa Gate (Ƙofar Marusa), Abdullahi Sarki Muktar Road, 12.9876°, 7.6102°. Marusa Gate was built around the 15th century Shabbat. It was built during the construction of the other walls of Katsina State, and derives its name from the Habe King of Dutsi, Marusa Usman.
• Gobarau, Tsohowar Kasuwa Rd, 12.9980°, 7.5955°. One of the largest buildings in West Africa, it may have been built as early as 1400 or as late as the 18th century. It had a major reconstruction in the early 20th century. It was built as the central mosque of the city, and wax later used as a school and an institution of higher education.
