M'Rirt (مريرت) is in the Khénifra province in Middle Atlas, Morocco.
Located about 1,100 m above the sea level in the Atlas Mountains, M'Rirt is a mining town. Lead, zinc, silver and gold has been mined in the region for centuries. Nowadays the town mostly revolves around agriculture. The town is located on the road between Marrakech and Fez.
The town is about 100 km south of Meknes and 50 km south of Azrou by road. You can probably get in by grand taxi from there. Moreover, Zaouiate Oued Ifrane is about 10 km away as the crow flies.
M'Rirt doesn't have much of historical or cultural attractions.
Handmade Berber mats, that Morocco is famous for, are made in the region.
