Manigango is a small town in Ganzi prefecture in Sichuan Province in south-west China. More or less a one horse (yak) town complete with Tibetan truck stop and curious and friendly gazzing nomads. Perhaps the most exotically Tibetan destination you will find in West Sichuan. Must see.

- Yihun Lhatso (Lake), 13 Km West from town Near the road that goes to Dege. A clear and nice Lake. You can hire a horse in the lake, or come from town with a horse- takes 2-4 hours of Beautiful riding. You can also take a taxi from town or just walk or hitch hike. Enter Fee 20Rmb

- Feng Ling Du Guesthouse. This new guesthouse is located coveniently in the centre of Manigango. There is a shared toilet and free wifi available. The staff speaks some English, more than enough to get around. (May 2013) 30 RMB for a bed in a four bed dorm
