Milford (Utah) - city in Beaver County, Utah, United States

Milford is a small city in Western Utah with a population of approximately 1,400 in 2018. It's on the eastern side of the Great Basin, being neither too far from I-15 to the east nor Great Basin National Park to the west.

History

Settlers established ranches in the area in the 1870s, but the construction of the San Pedro, Los Angeles and Salt Lake Railroad in 1880 brought about development in Milford. A road was constructed from Milford to Beaver, Utah by works from a nearby CCC camp during the Great Depression.
