- NaYiri Palace, 10.527304°, -0.369604°. It is the traditional seat of the overlord of Mamprugu which also serves as the center of cultural activities in the region. As anybody can see the palace on the outside, a person does not simply walk in. It is against the law to cross in front of the palace on bicycles and motorcycles (to do so will incur a fine). To visit the Overlord, you must first locate a local representative (usually a chief or court elder) who will arrange for a visit to the king and accompany you in. A gift or "kola" for the chief is expected as well as for your guide. 2022-12-19
- Ŋmana Feoo Doves’ Cave & Boulders, 10.505246°, -0.334598°. A short hike from Nalerigu, this group of rock outcrops is ideal for bouldering and exploring housing lots of birds and flowers. 2022-12-19
