Nat Ma Taung is in Central Myanmar.
All this area is only sometimes visited by foreign tourists, which gives it really a really unspoiled local feeling, but that also means that you may have to look around a bit to find somebody who speaks English, or do your best to make yourself understood using other means.
Few people speak English in the town. Thomas Thang Phui is a local guide and he usually takes care of the few foreigners who visit. You can ask for him at the guest-house or at any of the local restaurants.
Even though in the Chin State, the Nat Ma Taung National Park is accessed more easily from Bagan. You will have to take a van to the town of Saw, and then another van to Kanpetlet.
To climb to Mount Victoria, you can hire a motorbike guide to reach the beginning of the track. It's an easy hike from there to the top.
In Kanpetlet you can find the Shwe Taung Tang guest-house
