Potlatch is an unincorporated community in the Olympic Peninsula region of Washington. It is on the Hood Canal.
U.S. Route 101 is the main north–south highway through Potlatch.
Shellfishing (dead link: January 2023) and saltwater fishing are popular. Be sure and check the state guidelines for seasons, locations and licensing requirements .
The local Skokomish Tribe operates the Lucky Dog Casino and resort, and is in the process of putting in a golf course.
