Trikeri, Agia Kiriaki, Kotes is in South Pelion. Since these villages are close to each other, they are considered as a single travel destination
Trikeri is built on top of the hill at the end of the peninsula of Magnesia, east of the entrance of Pagasitikos Bay. It is a short distance from the sea and is served by the port of Agia Kyriaki, just below the settlement. Due to the easier access from the sea than from the mountainous and steep hinterland, it acquired the character of an island and particularly developed shipping. Until the 1970s, Trikeri did not have access by land and communication was done exclusively by sea, from the opposite coast of Magnesia.
Agia Kyriaki is at the extreme southern part of the prefecture of Magnesia, in a position facing the Channel Trikeri. Katyusian is the port of Trikeri as well as the whole area. It is 80 km away from Volos.
