Las Anod (Arabic: لاسعنود) is a town in Sool, Somaliland.
Since the turn of the millennium the city has changed hands numerous times, including by Puntland, Somaliland, Khatumo, SSC, Northland State and NSUM.
One of the largest cities of the Horn of Africa, Las Anod is home to about 250,000 people as of 2011, up from 60,000 in 2001, and just 20,000 in 1991. It is a region dominated by the Dhulbahantes.
