Waldorf is a city in Southern Maryland.
Waldorf is served by the roads US 301 MD 228, MD 5, and MD 925. On US 301, which runs north to south, there's a toll bridge some travelers use to go between Waldorf and nearby Virginia.
Cars are probably one of the most common means of transportation here. However, traffic can be heavy in the area because of the large population of commuters.
The town is served by several routes owned by the Maryland Transit Administration and operated by bus companies that transport the city's many commuters and residents in, out, and around.
